About This Circle
This week’s Sound Healing Circle will center around creating a safe space to process and release the weight of current challenges. Through the transformative power of sound healing and the gentle touch of Reiki energy work, we’ll hold space for grief and open a path toward peace and renewal.
During this session, you can expect:
A guided sound journey with soothing tones from singing bowls, grounding drums, and gentle chimes, designed to calm and release.
Reiki energy healing to restore balance within the energetic body, supporting both emotional release and a sense of peace.
A grounding meditation to set our intentions and connect with the present moment.
Closing reflections to help integrate the experience, allowing you to carry forward a renewed sense of calm and clarity.
Whether you are joining to release, to reconnect, or simply to be, this Sound Healing Circle offers a warm, welcoming space where all emotions are honored and supported.
We hope to share this sanctuary of sound and healing energy with you, helping us all release what weighs us down and reconnect with peace.
