Join ALLORA Health and Wellness and Shelly Girl Farms for a Sound and Summer Blooms Experience.
We begin the day with a 30-minute sound bath offering on Shelly Girl Farm’s flower farm surrounded by summer blooms. In this sound bath we will be focusing on tending to our internal garden, elevating the vibrations within and around us.
After the sound bath, explore Shelly Girl Farms and get in the mix with their summer bloom experiences (pick your own blooms, bouquet building and arranging tips, flower printing on pre-mordanted fabrics, flower crowns, marigold garlands, and more).
Jars & snips provided, as well as some some light snacks and tunes!
An “add-on” option to keep your connection to nature flowing with a 1:1 Reiki Healing Session among the flowers.
Limited quantity of yoga mats will be on-site for use.
