Join Amanda, ALLORA Health + Wellness Founder for a Sound Bath + Meditation! The 60-minute sound bath utilizes Tibetan Quartz Crystal Bowls, Chimes, Gong, Drum and more to create a dynamic sound experience. We explore how specific tones and frequencies feel in our body all while cleansing and balancing the mind, body and soul.
Sound therapy can be both scientific and spiritual but it is a complementary therapy that enhances any other modality paired with it.
Bringing us back to a homeostasis, these sessions help reduce stress + anxiety, improve sleep, boost energy, reduces pain and tension, stimulate the immune system, enhance creativity and improve mood.
