Excited to be alongside our friendly neighbor, Alchemy, as they celebrate spring and revel in the magic of vintage and community! On top of their event offerings (vintage, thrifting, and flash tattoos), we will be offering a limited amount of Mini Reiki Sessions (20-minutes) in our third floor ALLORA Studio.

Spring is all about renewal and rebirth - as you shop for vintage pieces to love and carry with you, let’s make time to cleanse the old and make space for the new - energetically!

what is reiki?

The word Reiki is derived from two Japanese words: "rei," which means universal, and "ki," which means life force energy.

Reiki is a holistic healing and relaxation technique that originated in Japan and is based on the principle of channeling universal life energy to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. This energy helps to remove stagnantion and restore balance to the body's energy centers, or chakras, promoting relaxation, stress reduction, and healing on all levels.

Reiki is a safe and natural form of therapy that can complement any other medical treatments and enhance overall wellness.

BOOK YOUR SPRING FLING REIKI RESET HERE

Reiki Reset Sessions are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Since they are limited, we encourage people to sign up in advance. Signing up secures one of the sessions but not a specific time slot. As you arrive you will pick from the time available. We try to be understanding and know that many of us have busy schedules. If you have other commitments and need a specific time, please send us a message ASAP by emailing amanda@allorahealthandwellness.com. If there are any open time slots during the event, they will be open for anyone to claim at the pop-up!
